This item essentially allows you to teleport whereve you desire like an enderman.

Effects

There is a cooldown of four seconds between each pearl shot. There is also no damage taken while firing this item, a typical enderpearl would take 5 hearts from your health normally, this item does not.

This item can be found as a drop from Enchanted Chests!
