Upon use, a die will spawn and spin around at your cursor, up to a few blocks away. Once it stops spinning, it will cause a firework explosion centered on the dice with a range of about 5 blocks and have a number above the die. When the die lands on a 2-6, it will give any players inside the explosion 15 seconds of Strength and Speed to the level of the number spun. On a 1, it will give players in the explosion 15 seconds of Jump Boost, Weakness, and Slowness III.
