Static Shock

A good tool for dealing with many enemies, mobs and players alike.

Effects

Upon use, this item will shoot out two bolts of lightning magic at your cursor, one after the other. if you hit something; a block or a mob/player, it will bounce up to 8 blocks in any direction to hit the nearest 4 mobs/players in the area from where it landed. A direct hit from this item will do 18 damage to player, and 5 damage to mobs. An indirect hit from this item will do 15 damage to players, and 6 damage to mobs.

This item also charges creepers, but has no other properties of lightning.
